The Fine Print

You are entitled to a replacement or a credit where products have a manufacturing fault, such as: Product damaged or wrongly described


Please note: Shades of colour on the beanbag or the zipper covers (Tops) may vary due to lighting and computer screen.


The buyer MUST contact babybeanbagshop.com.au with in 5 working days of receiving the product.  The buyer is liable for all return postage costs. Babybeanbagshop will only replace the faulty item with the same style (only if in stock), otherwise an alternative design will be offered to the buyer.


Please contact us via the contact form or via email if you have any questions, as we are more than happy to resolve any issue!

We are not required to replace your purchase if you simply change your mind. However, if you are not happy with the product, we may, at our discretion decide to refund or exchange it providing the product is returned to us in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Please note: the return postage will be at the buyers expense. If we are exchanging the product, the shipping must be paid in full by the buyer.

Should a refund be approved, the refund will only cover the cost of the purchase product and not the shipping.

Please note: Our baby bean bags are sold unfilled.  Children can suffocate  if bean filling is swallowed or inhaled.  Do not let children climb inside this bean bag.  A bean bag is not a safe sleeping surface for an infant under 12 months age.
